On October 2nd, CCTV's `Economic Half Hour` program aired `Commercial Aerospace: Growth of Sea Launch Homeport`, focusing on the development process of China's only sea launch homeport - Dongfang Aerospace Port, as well as the construction of the `Dong Fang Hui Yan` intelligent remote sensing constellation.

In April 2022, Academician Li Deren, an academician of the CAS Member and CAE Member, settled down in the Industrial Park Lu Hai Kong Jian (Yantai) Information Technology Co., Ltd. to build the `Dong Fang Hui Yan` intelligent remote sensing constellation based on Haiyang's rocket launch capability and the Oriental Space Port.

I believe that under the guidance of the national strategy and the continuous expansion of the market, commercial aerospace will have a bright future.

The interweaving of national satellites and commercial civilian satellites constitutes our strong national space and Earth observation capabilities. If we Chinese people want to develop a new generation of aerospace information service system, we also need to add remote sensing communication because remote sensing is required for information from points, lines to surfaces, and communication is required for information to reach users. Therefore, I proposed that what Chinese people want to do is not PNT (positioning, navigation, time service) for Americans, but PNTRC (positioning, navigation, time service, remote sensing, communication).

在海洋渔业监测方面，基于通导遥一体化的星座技术可为渔业管理部门提供海洋渔业资源监测信息，为远洋渔业从业者提供渔情信息，实现渔场综合分析、渔情动态的实时跟踪监测、渔业资源动态查询和统计运算，为行使海洋渔业监督管理的部门进行执法管理提供技术保障，为渔业从业人员提供实时信息保障。
